You could say that Vikky Johnston is a woman of a 1000 faces – and everyone of them is different! And that’s a tribute to the skills of this talented make-up artist who is equally adept in providing the look for photo shoots and fashion shows, advertising campaigns or brides-to-be.

Born and bred in the North East, Vikky’s career path to date has taken her from working as beauty consultant in a leading store to studying for a wide range of professional qualifications.
A BTEC in beauty therapy and then a similar qualification in Performing Arts got Vikky’s career underway and made her realise that she didn’t want a job which would involve carrying out treatments.

It was while working on her performing arts course that Vikky became involved in “backstage” work, getting involved in make up design, set design and costume design which highlighted all aspects of her artistic talents. next
